They have a nice variety of choices so there's always something to choose from.
Also, you can go shopping afterwards right up Third Street Promenade!
Xooro opened this week! Paul and I stopped in last night after dinner to check out the place and to bring home some treats. We got the 'xooro' original. It was quite good! It was based on a traditional churro with a vanilla filling inside on the outside cinnamon brown sugary. So delicious. Paul ask for the mexican hot chocolate OOOOMMMMGGGGGG!!! the best hot chocolate ever, and I mean it. Only because I wasn't at home, but I want to dip my original xooro into the hot chocolate and give a big bite. mmm
We tried to order the triple chocolate xooro but didn't realize until we got home that we actually ended up with the peanut butter xooro which was just OK. Paul didn't like it at all! but I do.
Sorry to be harsh but how can you mix up xooros when you work in a churro store? OK...the store has only been opened for a few days, I will give her that.
The prices are what you might expect for a Santa Monica cake shop, around $4.20 to $4.55 each. Expensive!
Xooros are the new no guilt indulgence. Easier to acquire and not large enough to result in guilty feelings....
